Abraham-HicksIf there is one inspiration that stands out for me above all else when discussing the Law of Attraction it has to be Abraham-Hicks Abraham, is the name given to a group of spirit energies, or non-physical beings, that channel their teachings through Esther Hicks.Esther Hicks is an inspirational speaker, whom together with her husband Jerry Hicks is at the forefront of teachings in this field. Abraham-hicks are co-authors of a number of books on the topic , also perform live workshops and spend a large proportion of the year traveling to deliver their unique voice to those that seek it. I have to say, I am a huge fan :)Esther and Abraham were in fact, in the original version of The Secret but later edited out. A fair amount of controversy is said to have followed that decision. Why was it changed ? Well , it would seem the public at large are perhaps not, shall we say, comfortable accepting the channeled information of Abraham spoken through Esther Hicks(pictured right). Channeling is still for the most part considered a Grey area to the larger public perception. Needless to say, I have shown my cards already...personally I love the messages they give. There is a clarity to the teachings of Abraham that many people, me included, find strikes a cord deep within us. To me , I see it as the next step for the people who want to absorb more and more and more on the topic :) A feast of information from a source of great power, knowledge and unconditional love :) What could be better than that ??
